What you will be doing
- Handle incoming enquiries and support tickets in Danish
- Keep a solution-oriented approach rather than a scripted one
- Contribute to how the team improves its own process
What you need
- Fluent Danish
- Good English
- Quick with digital tools
- Living in Málaga or relocating there
