🇪🇸 Málaga, Spain

Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent

Customer advisorPermanentHybridRolling intakes

The opposite of a call-centre floor. A small, deliberately un-corporate team looks after the Danish-speaking customers of product-led European tech companies, the kind of firms people actually enjoy using, from an office right on Málaga harbour. You are on a permanent indefinido contract from your first day, not after a probation gauntlet, and the week is hybrid, so the sea is a five-minute walk when you are in the office and your own sofa when you are not. The whole south of Spain is on the rise and Málaga is leading it: Google put its largest cybersecurity centre in Europe on this seafront, tech and finance firms keep arriving behind it, and a young international crowd has come with them, so you land somewhere that is growing rather than somewhere already settled. But what you actually feel is the smaller stuff: three hundred days of sun a year, a swim before your shift, and dinner on a terrace for what a coffee costs in Copenhagen.

What you will be doing

  • Look after Danish-speaking customers over chat, email and the occasional call, in full sentences and never a script
  • Solve the actual problem and own it until it is done, rather than closing the ticket fastest
  • Feed what you learn back into how the product and the support get better; your read on the customer is listened to here
  • Help keep a small, close team a good place to work as it grows

What you need

  • Native or near-native Danish, written and spoken
  • English at B2 or better for the team and the tools
  • Quick with digital tools, and happy to pick up new ones
  • EU passport or the existing right to work in Spain
  • Already in Málaga, or genuinely ready to move soon, not a someday plan

What the employer covers

  • Permanent Spanish contract, indefinido from the start
  • Help with the legal registration, including your CUE card
  • Hybrid working from an office by Málaga harbour
  • Five minutes' walk from the train and bus stations
  • Monthly team dinners, after-work events and company trips
  • Room to grow the role rather than sit in a queue

Danish-speaking Customer and Content Experts

Danish speakers are scarce on the ground in Greece, and that scarcity works in your favour: it is exactly why these desks carry the full relocation package and get properly looked after. Several programmes run a Danish seat, in Athens and in Thessaloniki, and we match you to the one that fits. You land into fourteen salaries a year, private healthcare, and a country where a Copenhagen rent buys a whole life by the sea.

Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative

The Norwegian desk on the Costa del Sol, inside one of the biggest multilingual offices in the south of Spain. Several hundred Nordic and Dutch speakers already work this floor, so you will not be the only Norwegian in the building, which matters far more in month three than you would guess. Málaga around it has become one of Europe's most talked-about cities: Google built its largest cybersecurity centre in Europe on the seafront, the tech and finance money keeps arriving, and a young international crowd has come with it. And then the everyday reason people stay: three hundred days of sun, the beach a tram ride from your desk, and Oslo two and a half hours away for whenever you need it.

Dutch-speaking Customer Expert, Telecoms

A Dutch telecoms brand you already know runs its customer desk from Alicante, on the Costa Blanca. You work in your own language for a company you grew up with, on a permanent Spanish contract, in a city with one of the kindest climates in Europe and none of the price tags of the busier coasts. The Explanada palms and the beach are ten minutes from the office, the old town fills up on a Thursday night, and the rest of the Costa Blanca is a short drive when the weekend comes.
