Almost everyone on this floor arrived the same way: one job, one suitcase, no Spanish. A few years on, many of them lead teams, have moved into bigger roles in Málaga's growing tech scene, or have taken what they learned to a new country. It starts at the Norwegian desk of one of the biggest multilingual offices in the south of Spain, where several hundred Nordic and Dutch speakers already work, so you will not be the only Norwegian in the building. Málaga around it is a city on the rise: Google built its largest cybersecurity centre in Europe on the seafront, and a young international crowd keeps arriving. Then there is the everyday reason people stay: three hundred days of sun, the beach a tram ride from your desk, and Oslo two and a half hours away whenever you need it.

What you will be doing
- Support Norwegian customers by phone, email and chat
- Resolve account, order and service issues end to end
- Flag recurring problems back to the client team
What you need
- Native or near-native Norwegian
- Good English for internal communication
- EU passport or the right to work in Spain
- No previous experience required
