What you will be doing

- Depending on the desk: consumer brands, technical support, or social media content review
- Own each case through to resolution
- Work with the Nordic team on tone and translations
What you need
- Excellent Swedish
- Fluent English
- EU passport or the right to work in Greece
- For content review desks: resilience, and a willingness to use the support provided
