What you will be doing
- Support German-speaking customers by phone, email and chat
- Depending on the desk: consumer brands, software and technical support, home technology, or financial services
- Resolve account, order and product issues end to end

What you need
- Excellent German
- Fluent English
- EU passport or the right to work in Greece
- No previous experience required for most desks
